- 350 grams Whole Grain Flour Mix*
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 180 grams coconut palm sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams almond milk
- 100 grams plain kefir
- 100 grams olive oil
- 1/2 cup granny smith apples diced
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- cinnamon (5 shakes)
- nutmeg (3 shakes)
